Measuring patient experience

Improving our services through your feedback 

We’re keen to improve the way we use patient experience feedback across our services. As part of this, we’re looking at how we collect and act on patient feedback and would love to hear your views.

We’ve asked an external company to run a survey on our behalf to gather views and ideas from everyone who has ever used one of our services.

We'll then use this information to create a new system for managing and using patient feedback to make sure that all our services are the best they can be.

It’s a short survey and should only take a few minutes to complete. Check back to this page on 24 February or follow us on social media to see when the survey is open.
