Our Pride Network supports LGBT+ rights and works to create an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding

With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, we have a dedicated network – the Pride Network – to support LGBT people within our teams and help our people learn how they can be supportive to colleagues, patients and carers. We are proud to be creating an inclusive and diverse environment that encourages everyone to feel free to be their true self, where they know they will be safe, respected and supported.
