Our staff networks
Join our outstanding and inclusive organisation, where your growth, belonging and wellbeing are our top priorities. We're proud to enhance staff experiences through our diverse staff networks, including those focused on inclusion for race, LGBTQ+, women, disability, neurodiversity, carers and armed forces.
Our commitment to developing an inclusive workplace is reflected in our accreditations: Race Equality Matters Silver Trailblazer, Stonewall Top 100 Gold 2023, Disability Confident Leader, Carer Confident Level 2, and Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award. This all helps us to be a great place to get care and a great place to give care.

Our network is a non-exclusive group, open to all Berkshire Healthcare employees and aspires to have a mix of Armed Forces veterans, reservists, adult cadet volunteers, and those with a family member who once served or is still serving.
The network welcomes those who have a general interest in the Armed Forces, as well as those who come into contact with the community on a professional basis.
This network will provide a place for the Armed Forces community to come together and share ideas and best practice, supporting each other to make Berkshire Healthcare a great place to work. The Armed Forces network also work with the wider Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) staff networks.
