  • Referring you to our Talking Therapies service
  • Offering you group and one-on-one therapy

We’re also continuing to offer home visits and treatment for vulnerable patients, to make sure you avoid having to go into hospital.

If we think it may help you, we may be able to offer support over a phone call or online consultation, such as a video call.

Talking Therapies are open to adults of all ages, including older people, and can help with common issues such as worrying too much, low mood and stress.
