At 57‑59 Bath Road, Reading we offer a range of outpatient services. This site also includes Little Dragons Nursery which is conveniently located on the Bath Road in Reading, with the town centre only 1.8 miles away.
Beechcroft House shares a site with West Berkshire Community Hospital and is home to our Older Adults Mental Health Service, Memory Clinic, and Home Treatment Team.
You’ll find our Sexual Health service, the Garden Clinic, at Braccan Walk Youth Hub.

We provide a number of mental health services from Church Hill House, including our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), and our Older People's Mental Health Team.
The CARSS community clinics at Coley Clinic currently host the following services: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Heart Function Service, Respiratory Service, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Our Reading Child and Adolescent Mental Health service (CAMHS) is based at Erlegh House, University of Reading and helps young people aged up to 18 who have mental health difficulties. Our Children and Young People's Integrated Therapies (CYPIT) service is also based here and at the Dingley Child Development Centre.
