We’re excited to announce that our Bladder and Bowel service will be promoting and supporting the public with their bladder and bowel needs over the coming 6 weeks.
To mark World Continence Week, on the 15 and 16 June, we'll be available at a stand at Wokingham Hospital reception between 10am and 2pm (41 Barkham Road, Wokingham, RG41 2RE).
We're then taking the Health Bus around Berkshire from 1 to 3 July.
Our team of pelvic health physios, bladder and bowel nurse specialists, paediatric nurses and nursery nurses will be available to offer information and support to children and adults with a whole range of bladder and bowel issues.
Our Health Bus brings our services direct to the heart of your community. It features state of the art facilities and a ramp to allow easier access for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. There's a private area for people wishing to speak to a clinician in confidence.
From 10am – 2.00pm each day, we’ll be parked in the Berkshire Healthcare Health Bus at:
- Wednesday 1 July: ASDA Lower Earley Super centre, Reading RG6 5TT
- Thursday 2 July: Waitrose, Bond Way, Bracknell RG12 1RQ
- Friday 3 July: Asda Slough Superstore, Telford Drive, Slough, SL1 9LA
There’s no need to book. Please come along and see how we can help you or someone you know.
