London House is our Head Office, where many of our non-clinical teams are based.
New Horizons is the base for our Community Mental Health Team in Slough. We work with adults with complex and severe mental health difficulties and offer support to carers and families too.
Nicholsons House is home to our Maidenhead Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), Berkshire Eating Disorder Service for children and young people, and Older People's Mental Health Service (OPMH).
Prospect Park Hospital is our main site for people in Berkshire with mental health conditions. We have inpatient wards, including a specialist dementia ward, and a specialist unit for people with learning disabilities. The site is also home to our Oakwood Unit which provides inpatient physical rehabilitation support.
Our services based here are Wokingham Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), Berkshire Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service, Mental Health Integrated Community Service (MHICS), and Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT).
Royal Berkshire Hospital (RBH) is run by Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, but we operate some services from this location.
Physical and mental health community services are provided by Berkshire Healthcare by appointment only.
You’ll find our Sexual Health service at the Garden Clinic, at Skimped Hill Health Centre.
