Work for us : Nursing
Overview
Nurses play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care within our services, supporting our vision to be a great place to get care and a great place to give care.
Whether you're passionate about mental health nursing, adult nursing, children’s nursing, or learning disability nursing, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you.
Adult nursing
We have a range of community nursing opportunities across our services, including specialist roles in services such as Cardiac Rehabilitation, Bladder and Bowel (Continence), and Urgent Community Response, as well as roles in inpatient nursing on our rehabilitation wards.
Community nursing brings the benefits of independence when delivering care alongside flexibility that allows a good work-life balance.
Mental health nursing
Our mental health services offer roles caring for people in our community or inpatients at Prospect Park Hospital. We have roles in specialist mental health areas, helping veterans (Op COURAGE), people who have been arrested or charged (Liaison and Diversion), and children, young people, and their families.
Learning disability nursing
For passionate learning disability nurses, we have fulfilling opportunities to provide great care for people with learning disabilities. You could join one of our local multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) supporting people out in the community, work in our intensive support team, or provide specialist support to those needing inpatient treatment.
Children's nursing and health visiting
Our children’s nurses work in schools and the community, providing health advice, mental health support, and immunisations to children, young people, and the people who care for them. We have roles at all levels, from trainee positions to specialist health visiting, allowing you to pursue your interests and work with diverse patient populations.
