Our Neuro-Inclusion Passport is a simple one-page form that people can fill out to let us know what works best for them. It helps people share how they prefer to communicate, what makes them feel comfortable, and what adjustments they need to help them engage better.

It’s available for anyone who is autistic, has ADHD, dyslexia, or another form of neurodivergence.

And it’s not just for those with a diagnosis - people on waiting lists or who self-identify as neurodivergent can use the passport.

The passport was developed in association with the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB-ICB), in collaboration with people with lived experience.

At Berkshire Healthcare, our vision is for everyone to recognise, understand and celebrate neurodiversity, and for all neurodivergent people working in, or using our services to be empowered and enabled to have equal services, support and fulfilling lives. Our neurodiversity strategy sets out how we’re trying to address some of these issues.

The Neuro-Inclusion Passport is simple to use.
