Our first Health Talk coincides with Stoptober, our national campaign encouraging people to quit smoking. In this session, our Drug and Alcohol Lead will:

  • Share evidence-based advice on how to quit smoking successfully
  • Explain the wide-ranging health benefits of giving up
  • Outline the local services and resources available to support your journey
  • Answer your questions during the live Q&A
