Millbrook Healthcare are our community equipment provider

Our previous community equipment provider, NRS Healthcare, closed as a company on Friday 1 August 2025.

Since then, Millbrook Healthcare has become our provider of hospital beds, hoists, grab rails, and mobility aids.

You can still use your equipment if it has an NRS sticker.

Millbrook will provide any servicing or checks for your equipment. They will contact you directly to book an appointment for these checks.

Returning your equipment

You can contact Millbrook directly if you have any equipment provided by our teams which need to be returned.

We also have collection points at the recycling centres in Reading and Bracknell you can drop small items off to.

You can also contact them if you are moving address and want to let them know of any equipment you are taking with you, or to arrange help with larger items of equipment that need specialist disassembly and reassembly.
