Led by the national theme “Do You See Me?” this year’s campaign focused on visibility, inclusion, and recognition - championing the voices of people with learning disabilities and highlighting the vital importance of being truly seen, heard, and valued in everyday life.
At Berkshire Healthcare, our LD teams marked the week with a series of events out in the community, using the week as a powerful reminder that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility. Challenging the barriers faced by people with learning disabilities requires all of us to play our part, by listening, learning, and making reasonable adjustments that create a more accessible world for everyone.
