Theresa has been part of Berkshire Healthcare for nearly 26 years and has been serving as interim COO since March 2025. Throughout her career, she has brought exceptional leadership, compassion, and clinical expertise to every role she has held - from starting out as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in Bracknell, to leading as Head of Urgent Care, Director for Mental Health Services, and Divisional Director for Mental Health Services.

Reflecting on her appointment, Theresa said:
