Advice and resources : Help for the armed forces community
Here are some of the NHS services for the armed forces community, including help for physical health, mental health, and homelessness.
We also make sure armed forces families are not at a disadvantage. If you are moving for military service, please inform us, as it may affect your waiting list position.
Op COURAGE
Free NHS mental health support for ex-military personnel, reservists, and service leavers.
Op FORTITUDE
A pathway for veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness into supported housing or to keep them in their current home.
Op NOVA
Support for veterans in in contact with police, courts, prison or probation teams.
Op RESTORE
Support for individuals who have served in, or are leaving, the UK armed forces and have continuing physical health injuries and related medical problems attributed to their time in the armed forces.
