Sonya is a former VP in the energy sector and is currently CEO of the One Can Trust Charity. She is passionate about people and making a difference, and specialises in strategy, transformation, and social sustainability.
Rebecca Burford
Non-Executive Director
Rebecca is a Partner at an international law firm, and is ranked in The Lawyer's prestigious Hot 100 List. She is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion and is a member of The Law Society's Ethnic Solicitors Network committee.
Aileen Feeney
Non-Executive Director
Aileen joined us in 2019. A former CIO in the energy sector and CEO for a UK-wide charity, she brings extensive experience in leading complex, strategic change. She specialises in business transformation, IT and change governance, with a focus on benefits-driven sustainable improvements, that strengthens organisational performance and culture.
Rajiv Gatha
Non-Executive Director
Rajiv is currently a Global Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems. Having started his career in the Audit and Assurance practice of Deloitte, he is now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Sally Glen
Non-Executive Director
Sally joined in May 2022, bringing with her vast health and care experience, particularly in mental health and learning disabilities. She has been a Non-Executive Director and Trustee to several NHS Trusts, and continues to guide mid-career nurses, midwives, and AHPs.
