We will assess and work with you if you have severe and complex mental health difficulties.
We also work with and offer support to your carers and family members through education therapy.
Where appropriate we can also refer you to other services and support groups.
As part of our service, a care co-ordinator will work with you to draw up a care plan.
We will make sure that your care plan meets your needs by assessing and addressing the challenges you are facing, and agreeing goals that you would like to achieve.
Treatments can include:
• psychological interventions such as cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and cognitive analytical therapy
• pharmaceutical interventions such as anti-psychotic and anti-depressant medication
• social interventions such as addressing recreation, employment, housing and finance issues
Our service consists of professionals from a range of disciplines including psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, personal budget workers and administrative staff.
