Talking Therapies Surrey Online
If you’re struggling with depression, stress, insomnia or an anxiety disorder, we can support you through our flexible online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling programmes.
You can access our programmes online at any time, using your phone, a tablet or computer.
Mental Health Support during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Our mental health teams and services, including Talking Therapies and our Common Point of Entry (CPE) are available if you need support.
You can also find resources and guides on our website to help you if you need more advice.
Once you’re referred into our service, we’ll book a phone call assessment with you to discuss the difficulties you’re experiencing and let you know what to expect from our online programme (which all adhere to National Institute for Health and Care Excellence Guidelines).
We can help you if you’re experiencing mild to moderate problems with:
- Depression (including depression before or after having a baby)
- Anxiety disorders (including general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic attacks, specific phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), traumatic experiences and health anxiety)
We’ll also send you a link to our online programmes so you can get started straight away.
Once you’ve started the programme, one of our clinicians will regularly review your progress, answer any questions you have and, if needed offer you other forms of online support.
To access our service, you can self-refer or ask your healthcare professional to make a referral for you.
